Disklavier

Have you updated your Disklavier to the latest software upgrade - version 4.0?  When you do this to the Disklavier, you also separately update the PRC-100.  Maybe try an update?  Also, check under the piano and make sure the CF card is installed properly and no laying inside the I/O center.
