I have never run RemoteLive successfully. I was never made it past the "Sync Setting" on page 7 of the RemoteLive installation PDF since that requires access to the Setup menu. Clicking "Setup" crashes the app after delivering the incompatibility message and takes me to the I/F Updater screen.
I have no Internet access anymore. When I click "Internet" I get a big red X and Error Code 2001, telling me to restart everything.
BTW I can play stuff from the local DKV library no problem.
Before I did the updates I had net access and DKV Radio no problem.
Thanks,
John

Re: [disklavier] Re: Mark IV PRC 4.01 problem with DKV 4.02? Elton John not looking good for me!

I am really sorry to hear about these problems. I imagine you have pressed the reset on your remote right? If not, remove the rear cover of your remote, remove the battery, and press the RESET button. Then replace the cover and slide the slide switch to normal operation. Then press the PLAY button. Two minutes later the control unit will be back up. If you have already done this and still nothing, the you are not going to be able to do RemoteLive tonight. You will need to contact Yamaha Piano Service again next week so these problems can get resolved.
I am so sorry that it isn't working for you tonight.
