Dear brilliant people - recently, my hard drive was re-imaged by Yamaha and saved! However, upon installation, the mic pick-up no longer works. I often use my piano for a speaker system in my house, so I would really like to have it working again,. Ideas? Shelley

Click the top left on PRC100 main screen to access the BALANCE settings. Your microphone balance is probably currently set to 0. Increase the value to about 100.
