Hi,
Just got a new Yamaha DGC1 (Mark III) delivered and wondering what are
some of the favorite software of other users? Where is the cheapest
source for software? Also, anyone have the Elton John Greatest Hits
1970-2002 companion diskett to the audio disc (I currently own)? How
do these or any types of this disc like these sound? I also posted
this in another forum to generate a variety of response. Thanks for
your assistance ahead of time. Sam

Hi,

I currently buy my piano disks from a company in Idaho, listed below. They have a few of
the songs to listen to online as well as a review rating system, which makes it nice when
trying to decide what to buy. I just purchased a few disks for Christmas: David Lanz "From
the Heart", Laurie Z - "Roots", and Jim Brickman "Romance of Jim Brickman" .... all of
these were great. I prefer all piano. I do have one audio album that is the Norah Jones
and it sounds great ...

You can find a lot of good classical midis online "free" on some sites as well as few other
good midi sites. Lot of old ragtime, oldies, piano roll music, patriotic, etc. But worth
looking at as some are quite good.

Good Luck.

[disklavier] DGH1 DCR100 FOR PARTS

2007-01-04 by Buddhika Wije

Hi to all and a Happy New year.

Just to remind you all that I will be dismantalling a DGH1 with the mark 2 DCR100 (non XG) in the comming months and everything will be available for sale. If anyone is interrested please contact me through this group or on buddhika50@.... I hope to put the parts up for sale on ebay or some other site if I do not sell it before. So anyone interested please contact me as soon as possible.

It is a working system. Let me give the negative points to be short andsweet. The recording part does not work for some reasonand says "sensor not connected" or what ever on the display when you switch it on firsyt. But works fine later with disklavier disksor piano soft and also hooked up to my laptop through midi. Pedals also does not move. Piano it self has a damaged sound board and i am selling for scrap value to the highest bidder.

You can see photos of the piano to be taken apart on http://www.flickr.com./photos/buddspixIf andy one is interetsed i can send you video clips (on mpeg)of it working.

I also have a Yamaha Tyros mark1 for sale.

Thanks and best wishes to all,

BUDD
