I would also welcome a change from yahoogroups.

I belong to some groups on google, freelists and yahoo and it is always 
yahoo that looses message preferences and bounces mail.  Also, yahoo 
seems to take longer from sending a message to the group and it appearing 
on the list.

I find them a complete pain and with all the other stuff that is downloaded at 
the end of the message, just increases bandwidth.
