Dotcomformat

I am going to install a MOTM module into my Synthesizers.com cabinet and power harness. I have the dotcom QMPSA power adapter, but I'm not clear how this works going from dotcom power to MOTM module. All the examples I've been able to find talk about MOTM PS to dotcom module.

Making the assumption that I am an idiot, which shouldn't be too big a stretch for anyone, can someone tell me step-by-step the simplest way to go from the 4 pin OUTPUT (male) on MOTM to the 6 pin INPUT (female) on the dotcom harness?
