Re: Vendor Problems

2011-05-29 by Welton Barker

As I say, I don't want to name anyone. I guess I just have to manage my own expectations. I think I've been spoiled by the remarkably agile customer service at Synthesizers.com. From them, the average time for an order (in my experience) has been two weeks from placement to door. The difference seems to be, primarily, that Roger is running a business, and many of the others are simply using the web as an outlet for a mildly remunerative hobby. There's no fault in that, simply a difference in approach.

I am glad to hear that your experience with the vendors you name has been good, and I will certainly look to those for any future needs that cannot be addressed with dotcom modules.

Thanks for the response!
