Well, for starters, you may want to try different settings for the "12db" output. You can change it to 6db and 18db with a couple jumpers on the back.
Then you might want to switch (with another jumper) between the "auto level" and "normal" settings.
Another great trick that changes the filter's tone consists in feeding the output of the filter back to itself (through the second input). This overdrives and adds some growl to the sound.

Can anyone on the list talk about using the calibration points on a Q150 as a means of "customizing" the sound of the filter.
I have used the filter calibration points in my Mini Moog (circa 1974) to alter the over all characteristics of that instrument and wondered if the same applied to the Q150.
I would be interested if anyone has multiples of the Q150 with different calibrations to create different sounding filters.
