Re: More Miniwave Chat

2005-10-05 by steven o'connor

Hi
Was that meant for the dotcomformat group?

I think it was left that Scott was happy to build a miniwave and print a panel for a great $100.
Or print a panel for free? Was that right Scott?

My kind girlfriend has just ordered my first Blacet kit as a little present...so I'll be needing a .com panel soon (after some experimenting I've decided life's too short for engraved modules).

So Scott shall I post a panel over (from UK) or do you have a spare handy?

I'd also love the Frequency Divider.

My other need is for a decent, simple mixer - 4 inputs with gain and offset on all channels.
There are so many that seem a bit too 'strange' for me - I'd like to glance at a mixer and understand immediately, not work out 'if it goes in input 4 then this happens, but input 3 makes this happen, unless input 1 is used etc...'. Just todays annoyance...

So where did we leave a Miniwave in Dotcom format? Is there any

(Hendry), has anyone approached you on a DotCom panel for the
miniwave?

Great - it look like we've got a decent number together!

So Scott - how much would it cost us (if you're willing) to build

the

kits and print the .com panels?
I assume it'll be just as easy to screen 4/5 as a single one?
Maybe build a few spares - I'm sure they'd be takers...

I'm totally modular-fundless thanks to Roger's 960 series - so

late

sept is the earliest for me...

Thanks VERY much for the offer of doing this - later on I'd love

the

motm filters and a doepfer quantiser (if Roger's doesn't

materialize

soon) in .com format.

Is the panel graphic u/l somewhere?

Steve, I have a simple Dotcom panel for my MiniWave...it'd be no

Hi Scott

I'd love one too (after I've paid for the 960 series!)...but

don't

have the experience to build a kit.

Maybe we can all get together and get a .com panel made?

I'd have some spare $$ in september.

Howdy ---

So, I've decided to get a Blacet/MOTM Miniwave.

Is there anyone on this list who would gather the parts and
assemble
one for me, for a fee of course? It has to be the MOTM version
with the
panel from Larry Hendry.

Too busy to do it myself, right now...
