Re: Wild idea

FWIW, from my standpoint there aren't many MOTM purists, in the sense
that they only want modules produced by SynthTech. After all, the slow
trickle of new SynthTech modules was what fueled demand for stooge
panels in the first place. If MOTM had sprung full blown into the
world like dotcom did, I doubt I would ever have gotten started.

In fact, the hottest recent trend for stooge panels has been your
designs, Ken. Since Oakley has bowed out, and we've covered most of
the exotic Blacet stuff already, people are branching out and
discovering other stuff. It's like a plague of locusts, fanning out
and sucking up all the module designs in the world!

However, MOTM folk DO like their panels to match. That's one thing
that worries me about this whole scheme. I guess the "perfect world"
thing would be to offer the new custom fast turn around stuff
alongside the perfect match silkscreened stuff. It's just like
wrestling cats to line up metal vendor, metal painter, silkscreen
maker, customers, etc.
