Dana, I can't address #1 or #2.  However, I did some searching for the
TZ-81 transistors and the AD3958 dual FET.  No such beasts available.
 In fact, I can't even find data sheets for them!  It is entirely
possible that the 'TZ-81' is an internal ARP designation for some
otherwise standard transistor, but since I'm not an ARP tech, I don't
know.  I suspect that buiding this particular filter would prove VERY
difficult.  Given the number of filters currently available from other
sources, I'd stick to getting current releases and re-formatting them
(like you are doing with the Blacet).

I'm curious if anyone has tried any of the Club-Of-The-Knobs filters
to see how they compare to the DotCom/Moog?  What about re-formatting
of Doepfer/Analogue Solutions/... EuroRack modules?
