Hello Richard, the inputs have Schmitt trigger. So there is not really an "undefined" range on a module, but there a is difference whether a signal changes from LOW to HIGH or viceversa (like on every Schmitt trigger). If you use signals like "Tri" or "Sine", there a two levels where the state changes (one on the rising edge and one on the falling edge), but you will not get random results (every cycle will be the same). And so the best thing (in my opinion) you can do with a "Logic-Module", is to use "Logic Signals" (O Volts / +5 Volts).
