Hang on, Roger's in the process of getting it back up and running 
again. Just a glitch or two to deal with, due to Yahoo administration.

He may have to erase the original group entirely.
When you change the settings of a group, it gives you several warnings that
some settings CANNOT be reversed. Closed membership is one of them, and that
means he would have to invite anyone who wanted to join.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
