Elektron Musical Instruments

.so if I have four midi channels open base + CC info and arm record then
tweak while playing it will record actions correct? What about kit reference
where is that information held? My thinking is that you could noodle then
listen back to the recorded tweaks and pick your best loops. I'm just not
sure when this midi clip is played back in the future that it would
reference the correct kits involved.

If you want to use Live to sequence the you might just
want to sample the sounds and load them into Live, un
less you want to tweak some stuff on the MD as you
record the Live sequence. Still, the sequencer in the
MD, although more time consuming, is way more
powerfull to control the MD than controlling the MD
with any outside sequencer. Yes you can record
different MIDI channels on Live, but they're not open
to CC messages.
