2 my knowledge you cannot record lock parameters via midi from the MD...
just record the audio and slice & dice that!

  If you want to use Live to sequence the you might just
  want to sample the sounds and load them into Live, un
  less you want to tweak some stuff on the MD as you
  record the Live sequence. Still, the sequencer in the
  MD, although more time consuming, is way more
  powerfull to control the MD than controlling the MD
  with any outside sequencer. Yes you can record
  different MIDI channels on Live, but they're not open
  to CC messages.
