If there are bugs, they are in the new functionality. Bugs have been
fixed for the old stuff. I'm using 1.09b right now, and it works fine.

The default for the machinedrum is to use midi channel 1-4 for it's
own drums, control changes and such. Set the Virus to recieve MIDI
data on other channels than those. Then use the midimachine which
outputs notes to that channel.
The other solution is to change the default channels for the MD. Just
make sure that there are no overlaps between the channels used by the
MD and the other synths you use.
