I've experienced the same thing.  Blanking out the default settings of Bank
A Midi Mapping will cause it to crash.  Elektron told me this is a known
issue and supposedly will have a fix for it in the the next OS release
(whenever that will be).  Whenever I have encountered a crash of this sort,
I will boot to the system menu and do a 'Soft Reset'.  I will retain my
patterns and kits but all my Global Settings will be initialized so beware.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
