Hey isn't supposed any sizer/sampler/Fx or wattever instrument on this world
to work with a sequencer??? ??? ???
Of course you can play with live also... This is called a live
performance...
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh i am loosing my time...

Ok Kid... Haven't you ever seen a software or machine and you say yourself
ok i don't know how this is called but it is supposed to do this or this or
this...

In your home-studio the sequencer is the center!!! So just make  achoice
between Cubase, Logic, Digital Performer, Sonar, Live or Pro Tools if you
have the money (BUT there is a free limited version) or a Hardware dedicated
sequencer... Or a Porta Studio like Yamaha AW4416, or... ... ... ...
