I could not get this to work. And I tried, believe me. What does work is slaving SX to the MD Midi Clk [sync settings], then triggering patterns on the MD *from* SX [e.g. SX plays C2 via ch.1 to the MD, and MD plays pattern H7 --see Global Settings in the MD]. This works _very_ well. The timing in SX is much improved, and the patterns play tightly. The MD sends out clock all the time, so slaving SX to it is transparent, as long as you have the physical connection. You still control transport from SX. It seems unintuitive, but it works like a charm. Try it. Trust me. Good luck! -E. : -----Original Message----- : From: nate [mailto:nate@...] : Sent: Monday, October 21, 2002 5:50 PM : To: elektron-users@yahoogroups.com : Subject: [elektron] Cubase SX with MD : : : I'm attempting to sync Cubase SX with the MD with SX : as master and MD as : slave.
