Adam, thanks for the answer. I already knew this. But the great advantage of the feature I mean is that you can quickly alter the amount of accent _per track_. Ofcourse you can make parameter locks for the volume, but it just isn't as instant and intuitive as turning up the accent amount for a single track. And the fact accents work on all tracks makes it a lot less powerfull. IMHO ofcourse... Anyone from Elektron reading this?
