Ok, more knobs and a bigger lcd would make it easier to program, but the Sid would also cost more. > Simplicity is great, but the design layout of the SidStation is so > simple that operating it, working with it, is made complicated. I think that the Sid is easier to program than a microQ, which has a similar interface. But, sure, the MD is a lot easier than both! > As I said before, I've got an Ensoniq Fizmo, and I honestly can't > find a sound yet on the SidStation that I couldn't have done a lot > quicker and better on the Fizmo. Well, send it back and stay with the Fizmo. I have never tried a Fizmo, but could it be that you just don't like the Sid sound? I love it and i don't think that it can be easily reproduced with other synths... may be the Fizmo can?
