This is not just a VA, like the MD is not just a drummachine.
If your just looking for sounds this one may not be that special. 
(well...., it offers different synth techniques....) 

But if you're looking for new way's to create music it can give 
something extra.
Like the TB303, there are a lot of clones wich sound almost alike but 
there is nothing wich gives the same feel like the original because 
it's the seq/sound combination wich makes it unique.
Elektron did it with the MD (create a unique instrument) and will do 
it again with this one (i hope)
Every owner of a MD will confirm it's power.(except the ones who 
didn't explore it's capabilities and were looking for another 808/909 
replacement)
