Something has gone wrong with the OS update process, I guess. Maybe 
you can try to upload the OS again? I believe you should contact 
elektron.

ps. Kit-79... That's funny the MD only has 64! A secret error kit ;)

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
