> no. decay = 0 doesn't give you a triggerless note; it's still triggered, but > you hear mainly the attack portion. but it could be set that way. decay=1 would be the first value in which the note was triggered and you´d only listen to the attack portion like you said, but when decay=0 then the note wasn´t triggered at all, allowing the previous note to decay normally, and so you could make your parameter changes in the between steps. Maybe I didn´t get your point. Am I missing something? I mean, we wouldn´t lose any functionality this way...at least none that I can think of.
