I sent the exact same idea to Elektron 3 years ago :) They said that they thought it was a cool idea, but that the music/bug fix areas were their highest priorities. Either Daniel or Henrik (I can't remember which one), from Elektron offered to send me an API for developing a game myself, but at the time, I didn't know any assembler and was just starting to learn C++. I could probably do it now if I had enough time (I'm quite busy with school). It would be such a 1337 feature!
