Elektron Musical Instruments

The CTR machines should be able to occupy a MIDI track instead of a synth
track on the MnM...

Also on both MD and MnM, a check box or switch on each track to include it
in the FUNCTION+CTRL or not, as stated earlier.

And I'd still love to see the MnM joystick record to parameter locks feature
show up (minus pitch bend, since this seemed to be the obstacle in doing
this)...
