Elektron Musical Instruments

I am still trying to figure out how to
sequence MnM patterns with an external sequencer
just as easy as it works on the machinedrum.

I tried to set up multi maps using the manual,
I couldn\ufffdt set the base note right.
I mean if the range for 1 pattern is
C-0 to B-0
then C-0 should be the base note by default,
playing the original pitch of the pattern, right?
What is the default pitch within a multi map?

Then I tried to do it using Midi Program Change,
but this section seems to me very strange.
it seemed the patterns were changing,
but only after the old pattern has finished playing.
In the moment the MnM receives the Program change message,
it is not changing the pattern. I guess you would
have to give the program change some time ahead of the next pattern.

Is there someone who has managed to do this more easy somehow?
