I look at it the same way I look at cases for my drums: if I'm not going to be handling them the whole time or they'll be banging around a van, hard cases are the way to go. otherwise, for taking them to and from band rehearsals or gigs in my car where I'm the only one moving them and I don't want the weight of a heavy duty case to wear on me, I'll go with bags. the same goes for porting the MD to friends, gigs and coffee shops (although I think Damon Menne is the only one that does that! :-) But for air travel or touring, a hard case is certainly better. > I'd like to know if anyone has one here. doubt it. they just came out. Novamusik had them listed on their site for the past month or so, but I asked awhile back and was told that they weren't produced yet (no idea why Nova jumped the gun). > Anyone remember when I said it was cracked.
