recording parameter locks to a MIDI sequencer?

Hi,
I'm sure the answer is no, and I have tried unsuccessfully, but is there 
a way to record parameter locks from a MD to, for example, Cubase?

Nope.  Parameter locks exceed the MIDI specification.
