I really miss a manual. I haven't quite figured out the MIDI SEQ 
tracks. I thought they were there for using the Mono sequencing 
another synthesizer. But I'm having troubles. When I'm in MIDI SEQ 
mode and have another MIDI keyboard sending notes, the Mono plays the 
corresponding synth track also.

I would like to use the Mono with its SEQ tracks for sequencing.

Does anobody have some kind of insight on the SEQ?

There's a couple thins that might help set you up:
1) in the global menu, under control->MIDI channels, check that the
channels aren't conflicting with what your external synth is sending the
mono; if it is, try changing those channels (or eliminating the use of
channels entirely, for features you don't need right now); specifically,
check that the channel span and multimap channels don't conflict with
what your external synth is sending the mono

2) in the global menu, under MIDI SEQ->MIDI SEQ SET, set the channels up
that you want to use in the MIDI sequencer
