Elektron Musical Instruments

Anyone tried moding their SidStation into a new case?  I have seen 
one page http://electronics.audiopervert.com/sidstation_rack.htm 
where it was done and it looked prity good...I was thinking of 
something a little more perminant than stickers though...maybe having 
a front panel profesionaly made.  I really like the little case its 
in right now but I have beaten the crud out of it...two of the screws 
have come out and are so stripped that they no longer stay in...paint 
is scratched, corners beatup, etc.  Just wondering what I should 
lookout for...possable problems...and other stuff.
