Can't ask Adtron. Out of business. That's why I asked the forum and posted links from internet archive where you could at lease look at specs/datasheets. Adtron was bought out several years ago by SMART Modular Technologies and those products are long since retired and not supported by SMART.
The after market prices however, are not always prohibitive. The IDE versions occasionally sell for $25-50 on eBay, but the SCSI prices vary widely. I missed out on a SCSI one a couple of months ago that went for a mere $25, and then there are others with starting bids around $160-175 US. Now that's within the realm of SCSI PCD prices, so not terrible, but not a steal either. My concern was how they implemented SCSI and its compatibility with an Emax I. At least one model explicitly stated SCSI 2 on it's datasheet so that the backwards compatibility question comes up.If I can find one cheap enough, I will test and update the database unless someone else chimes in to say it's been tested already and didn't work.Regards,- Jim
