Hopefully you have the .em1 banks saved before they were wrapped with the emax os files as .hfe with HxC software. If not you can use the image2emax software to extract .eb1/.em1 from the .hfe files. First you will need to convert your existing .hfe files to .img using the HxC software then you can use img2emax.
