Ok, Wayne great!, looks fine:
I hope that the power supply will be the cause!!!!,
otherwise i\ufffdll try as you said with the IC\ufffds (the
reseat will be with the power supply ON ? i dont think
so......) , but before I will became rehearsing in an
acient mother board...i need a bit of luck. 
Thanks for you unvaluable help,....I except to send
