Emu Emax 1 external SCSI Card Reader ProblemI have an Emu Emax 1 with the external SCSI jack. I can get it towork with an external Zip disk fine. But when I try to use it with myexternal MicroTech card reader I am having problems. If I set thedrive to SCSI id 1 I can boot off my floppy frive, format the card(card slot 1 with a PCMCIA 20MB card). I can then use the copysoftware option to put the OS on the card and go ahead and startsaving to the card. All works fine until I restart the stystem. If Itake the floppy disk out to boot off the Card Reader it freezes on theloading system screen. If I reboot with the floppy it will boot butwhen I go to use the Card Reader it will say something about nohardrive table found. Then if I boot off the floppy and use theverify hard drive - (Master - Special menu) it will find the drive andverify it is fine and then I can save to the drive. The problem is that I can not boot off the card reader (need to use afloppy all the time and I have to verify the drive (takes about 3minutes) everytime I want to use it.Anybody have any suggestions. Thanks for any help.Joe
