Emax

Hello all,
 I am a new member and new owner of an EMAX 2 SE keyboard.

I found EMXP and was able to create an o/s disk with 2.14. I had to replace the floppy drive ( I re-soldered a new floppy to DS00 like the post described ) it works great. Here are my problems:

I can boot the EMAX and access the menus and such. But when I try to format a new disk with the EMAX, it says " Different software rev."

I have tried to copy the poly800 EMAX bank to a floppy with EMXP, but it says that the disk was not formated for that type of file. ( I made sure to specify the type of sampler in the menu before I formated the floppy.) I am using dd/ds 720k verbatim floppies.

Thanks for any help, I know you guys are the masters of this wonderful sampler.
