My Emax looks different than yours, the space between the "E-mu Systems" and "Emax" logos is wider to accomodate the SCSI port being between them. I just posted some photos of my Model 2100 in the Photos section...take a look! There's a photo comparing the back sides of a Model 2010 (HD SE) and the 2100 (Plus?)...if you look carefully you can see how the backside logos are aligned differently under the vents and connectors, and of course you see the blue SCSI connector there in the Model 2100. -Howie --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, "Chip" <xtr909x@...> wrote: > > just like mine... > http://flickr.com/photos/emaxhd/2489389088/ > > does anyone has a real plus model? > > in the emolator archive says that the front panel has dots instead > bold lines, and i really like to see it! > my emax has the space between the E-mu Systems and the Emax, but is > only a HD (non SE) model (later i've done the SE update with the EMX) > > chip > > > > --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, "Epoxy2600" <epoxy2600@> wrote: > > > > I have an Emax SE HD Plus keyboard: > > > > Model: 2100 > > Serial: 0290151 > > > > I believe it was a factory "Plus" because there is a bigger space > > between the logos "E-mu Systems" and "Emax" on the back to make > room > > for for the SCSI connector compared to other models where the words > > are closer together (funny that E-mu felt it was worth it to redo > the > > silkscreening to accomodate the connector!).
