Frank, The info you need is located here at the Seagate hard drive website. http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/specs/conner/cp30540.html It looks like E5 is the one that you want to remove. Some times some SCSI drives will not work with others or you may have to change the order in which they are wired or the SCSI ID. Keep trying.
