Emax

Another idea might be if those ICs are socketed on the analog board,  
to move a working voice to a non-working section and see if that voice  
now works.
That might help determine if it is an IC.

Just a thought, I don't have my Emax apart, so I am just guessing.....

also check the decoupling caps if these go down you can get all
