The CF drive is a Startech.com drive, after PC Connection not wanting to use my credit card for purchase (stating I am not one of their customers, and I am), I searched and found the DELL carries this. Also they have the best price, 28.63! cheaper than even at the manufactures site (volume people). I have a friend @ Dell, so you can order it through him: Lucas_Hayaux@Dell.com (800) 289-3355x 9460475 Tell him Polibio Diaz says Hi, LOL. PS-Remember to get 2 IDE cables. --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, "Julian" <jujulilianan@...> wrote: > > so.... what CF drive did you use, and where did you get it? > :-) > > > thanks, > > > julian > > On Wed, 18 Feb 2009 01:19 +0000, "pauldays1" <pauldays1@...> > wrote: > > Hello Board, > > > > Well after my EMAX IIs Disk Drive failed, I searched in here for > > solutions, and I must really really give major kudos to Ted Summers, > > he is a awesome asset to our Emax Group. > > > > I was getting ready to get a Disk Drive from Route 66, after failing > > to modify a Sony Drive.
