I would get a "Disk not Formatted" error when trying to load the original library disks. Today I opened the unit up cleaned the floppy head with alcohol. I noticed when I opened it that the flat floppy cable wasn't plugged all the way in and thought that might have been the reason for the errors I was getting. But after I put it all back together, all I'm getting now immediately upon powering the unit on (even without a disk in the drive) is the "Disk not Formatted" error. By the way, I also have a Rack Version Emax II that is doing the exact same thing. So basically, when powering the unit up, I get the blinking "Disk not Formatted" error along with a clacking Floppy noise. Does anyone know this problem and what can be done? Thanks in advance for any help. > > George >
