Re: How to:? Format SD Card from XP for Emax Boot

2010-01-06 by drifter7508

Thx for the info =)
Still dont understand why a USB card reader adn EMXP
works with Emax and not Emax II?
Whats the difference??

My trouble is that all my computers are MAC.
That means no SCSI solutions, no solutions for floppy...
and so on. My only hope is to be able to either get hands
of a working SCSI CD Rom or use a SCSI CF card reader with
a USB CF Card reader connected to my MAC using EMXP.
(Im running WIN7 on my MACS)

So basically a USB CF card reader = Not working with EMXP to make
EMAX II Images?

I bought one of the SCSI CF/SD card writers from TED Summers and mounted it in my EMAX II and it works great. There is a SD pc card adapter you have to buy, but it cost like 6 dollars off ebay.
