too many bugs- that is kind of vague. I haven't used the product and don't work for them, but working support myself, my response would be what kind of problem are you having- please clarify your issue(s) and provide the exact process you are performing. You asked for support, but don't want to send the file that will allow them to help you??? That doesn't make any sense. I see this scenario all the time. - people don't send us the data that will allow us to help them. They (support) can't help you if you don't work with them. If there is a bug / issue and it is not known, you aren't helping yourself or the other product users by not working with the vendor to resolve it. Now it would be another issue if they have been snarky about it. But you didn't indicate that....
