too many bugs- that is kind of vague. I haven't used the product and don't work for them, but working support myself, my response would be what kind of problem are you having- please clarify your issue(s) and provide the exact process you are performing. You asked for support, but don't want to send the file that will allow them to help you??? That doesn't make any sense. I see this scenario all the time. - people don't send us the data that will allow us to help them. They (support) can't help you if you don't work with them. If there is a bug / issue and it is not known, you aren't helping yourself or the other product users by not working with the vendor to resolve it. Now it would be another issue if they have been snarky about it. But you didn't indicate that.... I agree with you...though Im off to LA for arehearsal and was hoping to leave the triton there, and in 3more weeks the group is off to NYC and then off to do a festival in england....so on my end its a time issue....the problem is on all files that are trans into a folder are the kmp files...the triton doesnt see the files in there and gets interupted while uploading constantly, further the sitar program comes out in 3 different samples each in a different oct on the kybrd, then when in the triton you try to layer the 3 the mid sample is out of pitch and no triton editing correct it,like tuning functions and key scale.......thanks for the reply,Mark --- On Thu, 9/2/10, Ted Summers <djtbs1@...> wrote:
