I will check if I can change this in EMXP, and if it is possible to add support for the OS HD and OS SE HD on removable media. To be honest I didn't even remember that I had built in a restriction to the Plus OS only - after checking the code it seems this was done because I couldn't test/confirm the other possibilities at that time.
