That is the same firmware I have, as far as I can tell (without loading it actually into a PC and looking at it). v1.28 is the latest (which is what that is). There is a version of 1.28 that is Read ONLY- that is denoted by "R" in the version of firmware that is shown in the updater. You can't see it just looking at the drive in windows device manager, IIRC.
