RE: [emax] Disable Emax1 HD...?

2012-01-26 by el macaco

You don't have to switch the OS, just boot from a floppy disk and the Emax will ignore the HD unless you tell it to look for it.

I highly recommend getting a compact flash drive in there instead of the HD, the benefit of running the emax from the HD or a CF card as HD is that all the processes are much faster than when it has to read the OS from the floppy before every action.

Floppy means slooooow.

You need to use the non-HD version of the operating system.
