Hi Ted,
I do not understand what your referring but the trouble with waiting is he has no return address and i've made a initial payment already on the 10th of December and will make the final payment plus return postage when the work is complete.
if i cant get in touch with him how can the above happen?
Jammie when you see this message on the forums can you please contact me as i cannot reach your email address.

True, but I do think if you want to be respected fully you respond within 24 business hours (barring unusual circumstances). Remember it wasn't too long ago when we had only telephone and postal mail. There was no such thing as a delayed response. Makes you wish we could go back to those days - but I'd never trade it for what we have now, of course - AS LONG as people respond to emails within 24 hours. Most of the time people do - that's a good thing. Jammie's a good communicator (except for his SHIFT key being broken all the time) =) so he'll be back soon. Garth Hjelte Sampler User

Hi I have the slimline floppy converter and drive, I was hoping there was a way to get you to modify the slimline converter for me. I've had this emax for a couple years and once the drive died, I've been stuck. is there chance you could help or recommend someone who might?
Thanks

You can use them in the emax
Just save as wav file then use emxp to make a emax sample from them you can save them
In 16k 32k 64k 128k 256k
The only problem is that they start at sample 1 and loop from sample 1 and the loop from last sample emax or most emu samplers dont allow this
Because of the interpolation engine it needs several samples before sample end and needs samples before loop start its also used in the sf2 format and the sample even after truncation will leave About 32 samples after loop end
So you will need an editor to accomplish this

Ted, Garth and Jammie need to be cloned.....(i thank you guys for being accessible resources of knowledge) Speaking of music creation.
Have anybodys used the PADsynth Algorithm " It generates a perfectly looped wavetable sample whichcan be used in instruments"
http://zynaddsubfx.sourceforge.net/doc/PADsynth/PADsynth.htm
I know the Emax can't do wavetable looping but maybe the others that can might be suitable.
