Hi there!

I'm looking for a copy of the manual of Alchemy v 3.0. Does anybody 
know, if SD II for Emulator II works also with an EMAX II? Is it the 
same program?

Hi

SD II is only for EMulator II, it was specifically designed for this sampler
(in the version you can find on emulatorarchirve). The only way is to have
alchemy III, or II, or I :-))
Its quite easy to use !
Connect you emax thru RS422 (the cable can be bought on
emulatorarchive.com), go in the menu network from alchemy choose Emax II,
and click on "get sound" or "get all" in the network menu from Alchemy.
You should now see the tranfer bar in progress.
