Im used to using the Drive Select button on Emax 2 HD---on Emax 1 HD  
there is none
How can disable HD and make floppy active for preset management

but I would have thought the OS would allow you to do this
I am running Emax 1 HD 1.1 OS

Hi David,

The TRANSPOSE button on the Emax functions as the SCSI drive select.
Hold it down and press a number 0-6 corresponding to the drive number
you with to set it to (or unset it as your case may be).

Sound like you need SE Plus OS 1.0 with support for external drives....

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
